Jose Manuel Mederos Sigler (Mederox)
Biography:
Inspired by Afro-Cuban traditions, Mederox is a self-taught artist with a poetic imagination. He has shown his work in solo exhibitions in Cuba, Spain, Mexico and U.S. He is part of permanent collections at Instituto Valenciano de Arte Moderno (IVAM) and Museo Valenciano del Papel. He is a member of the Union of Writers and Artists in Cuba (UNEAC).
