Inspired by the unexpected nature of human relationships and family life, self-taught artists Sandra Dooley and Manglar present De la familia. Moved by the antics of familial interactions, Manglar’s prints are playful and imaginative. Manglar uses a rich technique of collography that brings his zany characters to life. Content at home in Santa Fe, Cuba, Dooley's highly textured mixed media works reflect her love of family and adoration of her hometown.
